Refund Policy

At L'Atelier des Chansons, each song is a unique creation custom-made from your story. We never stop until the result perfectly matches your expectations.
1. Right of withdrawal — Exclusion
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized digital content for which performance has begun with the client's express agreement.
By confirming their order, the client expressly acknowledges:
- that the service is personalized and unique,
- that its realization begins immediately after the order,
- and that they expressly waive their right of withdrawal.
2. No physical returns
As services are delivered exclusively in digital format, no physical return is possible or applicable.
3. What you receive
Each order results in the delivery of two versions of the same song — two interpretations of the same title within the same artistic direction. These two versions do not constitute two distinct creations.
Any request to obtain two different styles, two distinct musical genres, or two separate concepts within the same order will not be honored as part of a single order and will constitute a new, entirely separate order.
The "style — other" field in the form allows for specifying a stylistic nuance, not for requesting an additional production.
4. Our commitment: we see it through
We work with each client for as long as necessary — sometimes through five, ten versions or more — until the result exactly matches the initial brief. We have done this hundreds of times, including for complex orders.
To request a revision, simply reply directly to the delivery email specifying what you wish to change.
Revisions must relate to elements present in the brief provided with the order. Any new artistic direction not mentioned in the order constitutes a new creation and will be subject to a new order.
Revision requests are accepted within 30 days following delivery. After this period, the order is considered definitively accepted.
Placing a new order while a revision is being processed implies acceptance of the previous delivery. No simultaneous refund requests for multiple orders will be admissible.
5. Refund
No refund can be granted once the first version has been delivered.
This situation does not occur in practice: we support each client without limit of versions until the desired result is achieved. The only conceivable case for a refund is a total and definitive impossibility of delivery on our part — which has never happened.
Any payment dispute procedure initiated with the client's bank while a revision is being processed will be considered an abusive breach of contract. L'Atelier des Chansons reserves the right to produce all proofs of delivery and communications as elements of defense.
The following do not constitute grounds for refund:
- subjective dissatisfaction with the artistic rendering,
- a request to change the initial brief after delivery,
- an unfavorable opinion expressed after benefiting from several versions or revisions,
- any request made simultaneously with a new ongoing order.
